Aini Property søker senior eiendomsforvalter og -utvikler

Job duties:

  • Manage and develop real estate portfolio.
  • Conduct due diligence for potential property purchases.
  • Valuing properties for purchase and sale.
  • Ensure financial, technical and commercial follow-up of our properties.
  • Follow-up and coordination of the real estate team.
  • Lease and renegotiate lease agreements.
  • Risk analysis of real estate projects.
  • Lead real estate development projects from start to finish.

 

Qualifications we are looking for:

 

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Very good understanding of real estate and the ability to see opportunities.
  • Experience in leading and taking overall responsibility, delegating work, hiring service providers/contractors and following up from start to finish.
  • Very good oral and written skills.
  • Very good negotiation skills.
  • Very good expertise in various types of commercial property.
  • Good experience from purchasing, increasing the value and reselling real estate.
  • Good network within the industry and access to good investment opportunities within real estate.
  • Understanding of economics and law related to the real estate industry.
  • Driver’s license and own car.
